KEY OBJECTIVES:
- Product: Strong knowledge of all products, quality, sourcing and supply. Delivering exceptional standards in line with the ethos of the brand.
- Guest Experience: Delivering quality products and run smooth service meeting guest demand.
- People: Taking part in training and development with the Back of House team, be an active and supportive member of the team contributing to a positive and professional working environment
- Operations: Uphold all health, safety and food hygiene practices, contributing to the overall smooth running of the venue.
- Financial Responsibility: Support the business by working efficiently and understanding the importance of stock management.
PRODUCT:
- To help maintain exceptional standards in line with the ethos of the brand.
- Monitor and evaluate product quality and consistency to ensure quality of dishes and report any issues to HC/SC promptly.
- Strong knowledge of seasonality, produce and suppliers to ensure high-quality ingredient selection.
- Continue to develop knowledge of our suppliers and producers
- Carry out daily check to ensure product quality and consistency to guarantee the excellence of all dishes.
- Deliver high standards of food preparation and presentation to consistently deliver the guest experience.
GUEST EXPERIENCE:
- Overseeing your own section and ensuring smooth running service.
- Participate in shift briefs to develop product knowledge of Front and back and house.
- To partake in counter service training and always uphold and deliver our service standards.
PEOPLE:
- Contribute to a positive work environment by demonstrating professionalism, integrity, and a strong work ethic.
- Ensure full participation in training and development opportunities to ensure skills and knowledge development.
- To have good knowledge of health & safety, food safety and COSHH policies, procedures and practices
OPERATIONS:
- Ensure all administrative and statutory elements required are executed to an exceptional standard, ensuring full site compliance.
- Maintaining food safety standards, and legislative requirements to maintain a 5* EHO rating.
- Reporting any site issues or maintenance concerns promptly to HC/SC.
- Ensure all daily, weekly checklists are completed and all SOPs are adhered to.
FINANCIAL RESPOSIBILITY:
- Ensure financial compliance by taking ownership of daily tasks and company financial procedures to provide accurate reporting and cost control measures.
Job Requirements
- Working experience of minimum one year in a professional kitchen.
- Eligible to work in the UK
