Job Description
We're looking for a talented, driven Chef de Partie or Sous Chef to join our small neighbourhood restaurant - someone who cares deeply about the food they put on the pass, takes real pride in consistency and detail, and wants to be part of a team that values both excellence and hospitality in equal measure.
This is a role for a chef who loves cooking with purpose: thoughtful, vibrant dishes inspired by flavours and techniques from around the world, made with care and served in a restaurant that believes great food should come with warm, generous hospitality. We're a close-knit team, rooted in family, and we're looking for someone who wants to contribute positively, cook brilliantly, and help create a place people genuinely love to be - both guests and staff.
What we offer
- The chance to be part of a small, ambitious restaurant where quality really matters.
- A supportive, respectful working environment with a lovely close-knit team.
- Personal coaching and support from Chef Nikita - especially if you'd like to pursue competitions!
- Real input, real responsibility, and room to grow.
- The opportunity to cook food with personality, care, and global inspiration at its heart.
- 2 family meals a day
- If you're a thoughtful, hardworking chef who wants to produce beautiful food and be part of a restaurant with heart, we'd love to hear from you.
