Carousel is home to the newly opened contemporary Mexican seafood restaurant, Cometa. It also houses a 23-seater cocktail bar serving up Chuck George’s peerless smashburgers and an ever-changing line-up of guest chef collaborations with chefs from all over the world. From events to all round awesome experiences, morning, noon and night. No two days here are ever the same.

We’re fully settled into our amazing home on Charlotte Street and are looking for talented people to join the dream team.
