We serve a weekly-changing menu inspired by home cooking, using seasonal produce from small-scale farmers, foragers, and suppliers we trust. Our food is comforting, ingredient-led, and rooted in timeless techniques always full of flavour and intention. The wine list leans heavily into France, Germany and Austria, celebrating characterful, regional bottles.
