This is an opportunity to step into a hands-on, creative leadership role within a growing independent bistro. As Restaurant Supervisor, you’ll play a key part in shaping the day-to-day guest experience, while having space to contribute ideas, lead by example, and grow with the business. Job Requirements

We’re looking for someone who brings warmth, confidence, and care to the floor, someone who’s genuinely passionate about hospitality and excited to be part of a small, growing team. Curiosity and a willingness to learn are essential!

You should have:

• Experience in a similar role within a busy restaurant, wine bar or bistro
• You’re naturally organised, with great attention to detail and a methodical way of working.
• A calm and positive attitude under pressure
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• A hands-on, team-first approach - you’re not afraid to jump in wherever needed

Bonus points if you have:

• An interest in low-intervention wine and seasonal food
• Basic wine knowledge or WSET qualifications
• Experience with bookings, opening/closing procedures, or POS systems
