Job Description
You set the tone through the way you work — warm, attentive and quietly confident. You know what is happening across the room, support the team around you and help make sure service feels relaxed and effortless for our members and guests.
You lead by example, whether that means welcoming a guest, helping a colleague, noticing a detail that has been missed or simply being in the right place at the right moment.
What you Bring to this Role
- You bring warmth, energy and confidence to every service.
- You notice the small things and act on them.
- You anticipate what a guest or colleague might need rather than waiting to be asked.
- You support the team and share your knowledge generously.
- You take pride in making sure the floor is beautifully prepared and ready for our guests.

- Experience supporting and guiding team members.
- Confidence working closely with managers, the kitchen and bar to keep service running smoothly.
- A good understanding of opening and closing procedures and the importance of preparing the floor properly for service.
