Job Requirements

What This Role Requires

Previous bartending experience within a quality restaurant, bar, hotel or members’ club.
Strong cocktail, spirits and wine knowledge.
Confident cocktail-making and bar service skills.
Excellent attention to detail, organisation and cleanliness.
A warm, engaging manner and genuine enjoyment of looking after guests.
A genuine passion for drinks, hospitality and great service.
