Job Description
The Role
- Cooking and service in a small, fast-paced pub and/or brewery kitchen in East London
- Working across prep and service, from mise en place to plating and finishing
- Learning and executing techniques like confit, fermentation, sous vide, and smoking
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and consistency
- Supporting a tight team where everyone contributes and communicates clearly

Job Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- Some kitchen experience (KP stepping up, commis, or strong cook)
- Someone switched on, reliable, and able to move with pace during service
- Genuine interest in food and learning proper technique
- Positive attitude and willingness to get stuck in wherever needed
- Comfortable working in a small space with a hands-on team
