Job Description

St. Clair in the heart of Holland Park, Notting Hill is looking for a part-time (20-25 hours per week) Front of House team member to join our team.

The role is based across two days per week, including weekends. Availability to work full weekend shifts is essential. Shifts fall between 6.30am and 5.30pm.

We’re ideally looking for someone with barista training and experience in a fast-paced hospitality or café environment. Most importantl, we value an individual with attention to detail, a positive attitude and willingness to learn!

Pay ranges from £14–£16 per hour, depending on experience.

Please note: this role will be filled as soon as the right candidate is found.

Job Requirements

* Some level of barista training or understanding and hands-on coffee experience
* Experience working in a fast-paced café or hospitality environment
* Positive, can-do attitude with a friendly approach to customers
* Good communication and teamwork skills
* Reliable and punctual, especially for early morning shifts
* Flexibility to work across two days, including full weekend availability
* Basic understanding of front-of-house operations and customer service
