Operations Manager - Bakery Multi Site

Job Description

You will be responsible for streamlining our front of house Bakeries with up to 10 locations, enhancing productivity, ensuring quality control, compliance and driving business growth. Your expertise in operations management, combined with your passion for the bakery industry, will be fundamental in leading our teams towards achieving operational excellence.

Job Requirements

• Positive, hands-on attitude with a willingness to get involved wherever needed
• Strong attention to detail and pride in doing things properly
• Experience barista and coffee knowledge 
• Passion for quality food, coffee, hospitality, and customer experience
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
• Reliable, proactive, and solution-focused
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Interest in design, culture, and modern hospitality brands
• Experience in coaching and team development 
• Ability to stay organised and calm under pressure
• Open to learning new systems, technology, and ways of working
• Previous experience of multi site operations
