About Apricity

Apricity was designed in a thought-led way to minimise waste, by finding ways to reuse and repurpose. Our menus change often, highlighting the best of seasonal British produce. We pickle, ferment, grow and preserve. Our wines are carefully selected to showcase natural, low-intervention and unique styles that are made with respect to the environment. Drinks are creatively crafted with waste from the kitchen to create a closed loop.We run our business in a team-centric way, putting the wellbeing of our staff first. Some initiatives include a curfew for guests, to ensure the team can get home at a reasonable hour and have enough time to rest before their next shift. We're generally a Tuesday to Saturday operation too, again ensuring the ability for the team to plan and enjoy their time off.
