Job Description

We are seeking a full-time ice cream maker for approximately 6 months this summer.

You will be responsible for:

• making ice cream and sorbets

• making inclusions, sauces and ripples and baking.

• transporting ice cream by cargo bike

• cleaning and washing up

• stock take, ordering and taking ownership of the ice cream production area

Experience required:

• working in commercial kitchens / pastry chef experience

• Level 2 food hygiene certificate or higher

• has the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team

• ideally live nearby and has an easy commute to work
