Job Description
As our dedicated Bread Baker, you will be responsible for producing freshly baked artisan bread; specifying in sourdough, but have the capability to produce rye bread, baguettes and focaccia. This role also includes recipe development, production scheduling, quality control, inventory management.
Our Head Pastry Chef is on hand to work along side you, and collaborate with you on a regular basis. The ideal candidate is both creative and detail-oriented, with a strong understanding understanding of artisan baking techniques.

Job Requirements
Minimum experience of +1 year in professional baking kitchen
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting the Head Baker in creating menu items, recipes and develop products
- Supporting the rest of bakery team with the day to day running of the bakery
- Ensuring all health and hygiene procedures are implemented & continually adhered to
- Having the ability to work and train on every section of the bakery
