You’ll be on the floor, leading service by example, supporting the team, and working closely with the owners and manager to keep everything running smoothly. It’s a role for someone who notices the details, enjoys looking after people, and takes pride in a well-run service

Job Requirements

Have experience in a quality restaurant or pub - at least 1 year management experience mandatory

– Are calm, organised, and kind under pressure
