Wilson’s is an independent neighbourhood restaurant in South East London, known for seasonal cooking, a thoughtful wine list, and warm, unpretentious hospitality.

As we move into our next chapter, we’re looking for a Front of House Manager / Assistant Manager to join the leadership team and help shape the next phase of Wilson’s.

This is an important role for us. One of our founding team members is moving on to a new project within the company. We’re looking for someone who wants to step into a key position in a small, ambitious restaurant and help lead the floor with confidence and care.

You’ll work closely with the GM and founders, helping run day-to-day service, support the FOH team, and ensure every guest experience reflects the standards Wilson’s has become known for.

We’re looking for someone who

• Has 2–3+ years experience in a high-quality restaurant
• Is confident leading service and running the floor
• Enjoys mentoring and supporting a small team
• Has a genuine passion for hospitality, food, and wine
• Is calm, organised, and positive under pressure
