Jenius Social & Bake Master London

Jenius Social creates high-energy, social cooking and baking experiences for corporate teams and private groups during the week. Our sessions are fun, fast-paced, and designed to bring people together through food.

On Saturdays, Bake Master London runs public baking competitions that’s open to the general public.

The Roles

Jenius Social Front of House- Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and check in guests.
• Set up and reset our venue space
• Support smooth running of events alongside chefs 
• Serve drinks and assist with service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation throughout the event 

Bake Master London Host-  Key Responsibilities

• Set up and reset our venue space
• Prep the ingredients for the event if needed
• Host and run Bake Master Competition 
• Serve drinks and assist with service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation throughout the event 

Our team members can be trained to do both roles as they aren’t mutually exclusive.  

Job Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• Strong people skills – you enjoy talking to and hosting guests 
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently 
• Energetic and adaptable in fast-paced environments 
• Previous hospitality or events experience preferred 
• A team player with a “can-do” attitude 

Bonus (Nice to Have)

• Experience in events, catering, or experiential brands 
• Interest in food, baking, or cooking experiences
