We are three brothers and a friend who set out on a journey to create the best of a neighbourhood Trattoria reminiscent of the fabulous family-run places of northern Italy, where we all grew up. At Mele we make all our pasta in house every day, our pizza is proved for over 48 hours and we celebrate the best of traditional Italian cooking.
