Kitchen Manager/Senior Pizza Chef

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced chef with strong operational skills to head up our team at our new All My Friends residency in Hackney Wick.

Job Requirements

• 2+ years of chef experience in a leadership role, pizza experience is a bonus but not necessary 
• Strong operational skills
• Attention to detail and high standards across every aspect of the kitchen, from prep to clean down
• Enjoys working in a face paced environment and can multitask well whilst staying calm
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead a team
• Has a genuine passion for food and specifically pizza
• Proactive mindset, ability to use initiative to problem solve without help from more senior staff
• Someone who takes pride in their work and genuinely cares about every plate of food that is sent out
