Job Description
Soderberg is looking for a talented and passionate baker to join our small and friendly team at our bakery in East Dulwich. If you are skilled in the art of pastry and passionate about sourdough, then we would love to hear from you! This is a part-time or full-time role, ideally looking for someone looking for 4-5 shifts per week. Weekend availability is a requirement.
We are a Scandinavian bakery and coffee shop company with seven sites in Edinburgh and two in London (with several more to come). Alongside laminated pastries, our East Dulwich bakery makes our signature cinnamon and cardamom buns, sourdough bread loaves and Swedish style cakes for our London sites.

Schedule:
- Day shift
- 8-9 hour shifts
- 32-40 hours per week

Job Requirements
Our ideal candidate is happy to get involved in any area of bakery production, from sandwich making to shaping, lamination, finishing, dishes - all aspects. A team first approach is important, as is a calm, friendly demeanour and the ability to work well with others.
