Are you passionate about hospitality and particularly Mexican cuisine and agave spirits?

Corrochios in Dalston is on the search for a General Manager to oversee the daily operations of the venue and become the figure head of a growing, multi-faceted, passionate and fun operation.

Based in Hackney our operation is set over 2 floors and includes the main 100 seater restaurant, our agave and Mexican spirit cocktail bar Cinco, and our weekend late night DJ bar the Cantina.

Job Requirements

What we’re looking for?

• The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years experience in a similar restaurant based role.
• Have a solid restaurant background, taking pride in service and high standards.
• Be positive, organised, personable, good at problem solving and adept at building and maintaining a solid team.
• Not live too far away.
• Be hands on, leading from the front.
• Be on top of stock control, food and drink GPs, training, rota management and be able to work to a wage framework.
• Familiar with compliance, from HR to health and safety to hygiene standards.
• Passionate about fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
