Bar Manager at Equal Parts

Job Description

• Lead and inspire the bar team to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring excellence in service, drinks quality and atmosphere.
• Manage stock, ordering, supplier relationships and costs to meet targets and reduce waste.
• Collaborate on seasonal menus and drinks innovation.
• Support events, activations and collaborations that drive revenue and engagement.
• Maintain high standards of health & safety, licensing and compliance.
• Work closely with the Owners, General Manager and Operations on the bar’s long-term vision.

Job Requirements

• Proven leadership experience in a high-calibre cocktail bar or hospitality venue.
• Strong people-management skills with a collaborative, hands-on approach.
• Solid operational and financial knowledge, including stock control, ordering, GP management and monthly stocktakes.
• Passionate about cocktails, spirits, and the London bar scene, with a drive to learn and grow.
• Comfortable working with the creative team on menus, drinks innovation and service standards.
• Excellent communicator, organiser and problem solver, calm under pressure.
• Guest-focused and community-minded, committed to building something exceptional.
