Job Description
Since opening last March, our restaurant has quickly built a strong reputation, earning glowing reviews from The Times and The Guardian. As the business continues to grow, we’re looking for a Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team and help shape what comes next.
We cook seasonal Mediterranean food with care, clarity and restraint, making everything from scratch — from fresh pasta to ice cream.
Led by Yohei Furuhashi (River Café, Toklas, Petersham Nurseries), the kitchen works closely with an experienced front-of-house team and is backed by strong PR and a loyal, growing customer base. This is a place to develop your skills, build confidence as well as to share joy of cooking seasonal produces.
