We’re now looking for a passionate Sous or Junior Sous chef to join our small, friendly kitchen team.
You’ll be working in a brand-new kitchen, using the very best seasonal produce and cooking over fire. This is a brilliant opportunity to join an ambitious, creative team at an incredibly exciting moment in our journey.

Job Requirements
- Has experience as Sous or Junior Sous in a busy, high-quality kitchen
- Stays calm and focused under pressure
- Collaborate with the Head Chef and our suppliers to maintain consistency, monitor quality, and ensure the produce we work with always meets our standards.
- Is eager to learn and grow within the role
- Support the Head Chef and management team with cost control, helping to achieve GP, margin, and labour targets without compromising on quality.
- Shows initiative and takes pride in their work
