An intimate neighbourhood wine bar with a devoted local following, Sol’s brings the Mediterranean to Bayswater, offering an exceptional selection of biodynamic wine from some of the best producers on the continent and seasonal, produce-led small and sharing plates to match. With multiple sites on the horizon, Sol’s is expanding.
As the demand for food grows, we’re looking for a passionate chef de partie to join the small kitchen team. Alongside the daily-changing buzzy wine bar menu, catering for private dining and events in our PDR allows us the flexibility to produce a variety of different menus, a chance to showcase your skills and knowledge of cuisines. We also offer a small breakfast menu Friday-Sunday of simple but delicious bagels, providing us with flexibility in the rota.
This role is an opportunity for someone who loves food and working as part of a small team in an ambitious kitchen within a growing business.
