We’re looking for a talented, motivated Chef to join Ruth’s, our new neighbourhood restaurant & bar in Putney. This is a chance to help shape a brand-new kitchen from day one — contributing to menu development, bringing your own ideas, and delivering fresh, high-quality food in a warm, local setting. Job Requirements

We’re looking for chefs at different levels with solid kitchen experience and a strong focus on quality, consistency, and working cleanly under pressure. You should be organised, reliable, and confident in your section, with a willingness to learn and contribute ideas. Just as important is your attitude: positive, team-focused, and excited to be part of a close-knit, neighbourhood business. A genuine passion for food, hospitality, and helping build something from the ground up is essential.
