FOH at our Bar in Roman Road

Job Description

We are looking for someone to work full time at our wine bar / shop on Roman road

1. Greet and engage with customers, providing friendly and professional service.
2. Assist customers in selecting wines based on their preferences, occasion, and budget.
3. Collaborate with the team to work on efficient communication to develop the shop.
4. Maintain a clean and organised wine shop and wine bar area.
5. Process sales transactions accurately using our point-of-sale system.
6. Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and enjoyable customer experience.

Job Requirements

• experience in hospitality 

• minimum wine knowledge (WEST level2)
