Job Description

We are looking for a confident, hands-on Restaurant Manager to lead our front-of-house team and deliver an exceptional guest experience. Set in the beautiful East Neuk of Fife, just 1 hours drive from Edinburgh, Kinneuchar Inn is surrounded by rolling farmland, dramatic coastline and some of Scotland's finest produce. This is an exciting opportunity to join a respected, multi award winning venue with a strong reputation for food, drink, and service.

Job Requirements

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service
• Lead, train, and motivate the front-of-house team
• Maintain high standards of hospitality, presentation, and cleanliness
• Manage staff rotas, stock control, and ordering
• Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service
• Handle guest feedback and continuously improve the customer experience
