We are a launching an exciting new neighbourhood destination in the heart of St John's Wood-an all-day dining venue that transitions from morning bakery and brunch into a warm stylish wine bar by the evening.

With fresh breads, pastries and doughnuts made daily in our in-house bakery, alongside a curated wine offering and a lively events calendar, this will be a genuine community hub designed for locals, families and guests looking for something special.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant General Manager to help lead the opening and build one of North West Londons talked about venues.

Oversee daily operations within our vibrant hospitality environment. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing staff, ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining high standards and contributing to the success of a brand new opening.

Job Requirements

What we are looking for:

Proven Assistant General Manager experience within a restaurant, cafes or all day dining hospitality setting.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively
Strong knowledge of wine.
Able to train and inspire teams on wine knowledge and guest recommendations.
Familiarity with hospitality industry practices and restaurant service standards
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask under pressure
Demonstrated ability to lead by example and foster a positive team environment
Good communication skills and a professional demeanour.
