The menu explores the depth and breadth of the cuisine with confidence. Botanas, crudos, tacos and plates from the grill and the slow pot come together in a lively menu designed to be shared. Hot salsas, smoky chillies and fresh herbs bring the dishes to life, balanced with ice-cold drinks to cut through the richness. At the heart of the restaurant is the comal, a traditional clay griddle used to create signature dishes like costras and gringas.
