Job Description
We are looking for an Head Chef to join us in North London. We have a well deserved reputation for having incredible food, and would love to see someone step into those shoes and continue the current level and manage developing fun new dishes.
We don't have a specific style of food, and enjoy taking inspiration from all over the world.
The kitchen is well stocked with equipment, and we have all the toys one could want, including smokers, a centrifuge, a Rotovap and more.
The position is full time, working 5 days per week. We are closed Sundays and Mondays so you will always have at least 2 days off in a row, and we are not open for lunch or brunch at all. You will be expected to write your own rota, and work as much or as little as you need depending on workload and prep.
This role would suit an existing head chef of a similar background or someone who has worked as a sous chef in charge of a section in a fast-paced and large kitchen.
Job Requirements
Previous head or sous chef experience, along with standard EHO certifications and training.
