Chef de Partie
Kitchen- Chef De Partie
- £16.91 – £19.49 per hour (inc tronc)
- London, Central
- Full Time
Job Description
Bocca di Lupo has been one of London's most celebrated Italian restaurants since it opened in 2008. Michelin Bib Gourmand. Time Out's best London restaurant. Nearly seventeen years later, it's still one of the hardest tables to book in Soho - and the kitchen is the reason why.
Chef Patron Jacob Kenedy has spent decades obsessing over regional Italy - that curiosity runs through the whole kitchen, from how the menu is written to how ingredients are sourced. Head Chef Gareth Saywell leads a brigade that takes that seriously: dishes from across Italy's 20 regions, menus that change daily and with the seasons, and an open kitchen on show to the room every service.
The Role
You'll work across sections in a structured kitchen, cooking food you can be proud of. Expect proper training, regular supplier visits, and a clear path upward - for the right candidate, a strong performance at CDP level is the natural route into a Junior Sous Chef position.
The Package
- £16.91–£19.49/hr (Depending on experience) - based on a 48-hour week, that's £42k–£48.6k inclusive of service charge
- All overtime paid, hourly rate
- Rota: one double, four singles, two days off per week
- Supplier visits and ongoing hands-on training
- 50% staff dining discount; food and wine at cost price
- Additional holiday with length of service
- Health and wellbeing support
