The Role:
- Support the Lead: Act as the right hand to the Head Chef, helping lead a young, motivated team.
- Operations: Assist with daily ordering and stock control.
- Management: Mentor & train junior chefs.
- Compliance: Help the team with meeting all health, safety, and food hygiene standards.
What You Need:
- Experience: Previous experience as a Sous Chef or a strong Junior Sous ready to level up.
- Leadership: A natural ability to train staff and keep a good atmosphere during service.

Job Requirements
Experience
- Track Record: At least 1–2 years in a Sous Chef or Senior Junior Sous role.
- Operational Ownership: Proven ability to manage daily ordering, stock rotation, and wastage control to keep margins healthy.
- Compliance Champion: Solid knowledge of UK Food Safety and Health & Safety regulations (Level 2 or 3 Food Hygiene is a must).
