We are looking for a Sous Chef to join our kitchen management team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with exceptional ingredients, alongside a team that values skill, creativity and genuine hospitality.

Job Requirements
Friendly, hardworking and reliable
Confident placing orders and undertaking office work.
A love for Italian food – experience in Italian cooking is a big plus.
Organised and self-motivated – good at juggling tasks and keeping a cool head.
Someone who can manage, motivate and bring out the best in their team.
Confident with Microsoft Excel and high level of computer literacy essential.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Sous Chef in a busy similar restaurant.
