Job Description

We are currently looking for an experienced, customer-orientated Assistant Manager to join our existing management team.

As Assistant Manager, you’ll play a key role in the day-to-day running of the restaurant, leading from the front to deliver outstanding guest experiences. You’ll be hands-on, visible on the floor, and passionate about maintaining high standards while supporting and developing your team.

Job Requirements

As an Assistant Manager, you will:

Have experience running a busy restaurant or café, motivating teams and consistently delivering high standards
Be naturally customer-focused, enjoying interaction with guests and leading service from the floor
Thrive in a fast-paced environment and prefer hands-on management over office-based work
Support the development of food and drink menus and enjoy finding new ways of working to grow sales
Have experience with stock management and a solid understanding of GP control and labour budgets
Lead by example, creating a positive, welcoming culture for both guests and team members
