• To have an excellent knowledge of the food and wine offering
• Promote a culture of positivity and giving within the business
• Be open to giving and receiving feedback ensuring constant development
• Enter work on time, with a positive attitude
• To have a good understanding of the space at Forza and the steps of service
• Prepare for quarterly one to ones with thought and care to work to achieve quarterly targets set with your manager

Service

• To maintain a really high standard of cocktails/drinks
• Maintain a clean section at all times according to the standards set by the bar manager
• To maintain good stock rotation in fridges and relay stock levels/shortages to line manager
• Ensure prep is done in good time and following the correct process to allow prioritization of service at busy times
• Flag any equipment issues to manager on duty in a timely manner
• Communicate effectively with the team and management within service to ensure peak organization
• To ensure handovers are detailed and informed
• Contribute in daily briefings to better your knowledge and confidence
• To maintain cleanliness of the bar (daily and weekly deep cleaning) and the entire building
