We started with supper clubs and built this slowly. No big backing, no shortcuts. Just people showing up, again and again. Sold out nights, word of mouth, residencies, collaborations. Proper support that’s never watered down.

Now we’re opening our first neighbourhood restaurant in Brixton.

The food matters. The drinks matter. The service matters. It’s quality and intention every time.

Now we're looking for a Head Bartender to help shape the bar and set the tone.

GETTING STRAIGHT TO IT

This role is for a bartender ready to show some flair and help redefine bar culture.

We want personality and presentation. Talk your sh*t and sell that drink. Make the guest feel good and feel good making it. Take pride in what you create and respect the product. Bring energy into the room and lift it. Guide guests through drinks and food with confidence and presence.

You like being seen, heard and remembered.

This is not a stand and pour role. You are part of the atmosphere.

WHAT’S ALL YOU

•⁠  ⁠Keeping the bar clean, stocked and ready (no sneaky leaks)
