The Assistant Restaurant Manager will play a key role in supporting the General Manager and wider management team in delivering an exceptional front-of-house experience. 

Key responsibilities include:

• Support the daily running of front-of-house operations, ensuring service flows seamlessly and with attention to detail.
• Share knowledge of menus, seasonal produce, and the restaurant’s ethos with confidence, clarity, and enthusiasm.
• Inspire, guide, and nurture the team, fostering a supportive and positive working culture rooted in pride and collaboration.
• Encourage a service style that is attentive yet relaxed, anticipating guest needs and responding with care and professionalism.

Job Requirements

• Fluent in English.
• Work authorisation in the UK.
• Experience in a supervisory or management role within a high-quality, hospitality-driven restaurant environment.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate, support, and develop a front-of-house team.
