The Assistant Restaurant Manager will play a key role in supporting the General Manager and wider management team in delivering an exceptional front-of-house experience.

Key responsibilities include:

Support the daily running of front-of-house operations, ensuring service flows seamlessly and with attention to detail.
Share knowledge of menus, seasonal produce, and the restaurant’s ethos with confidence, clarity, and enthusiasm.
Inspire, guide, and nurture the team, fostering a supportive and positive working culture rooted in pride and collaboration.
Encourage a service style that is attentive yet relaxed, anticipating guest needs and responding with care and professionalism.

Job Requirements

Fluent in English.
Work authorisation in the UK.
Experience in a supervisory or management role within a high-quality, hospitality-driven restaurant environment.
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate, support, and develop a front-of-house team.
