Mixologist – New Opening on Savile Row

We’re a new all-day dining concept opening in the heart of London, and we’re looking for an experienced, warm and genuinely hospitality-driven mixologist to join our opening team.

We’re searching for people who thrive in the energy of a busy service, bring natural warmth to every guest interaction, and care deeply about creating memorable experiences through great drinks and thoughtful hospitality. We’re a small, close-knit team, and every person here plays an important role in shaping the atmosphere and service we’re building from day one.

The Role

● Preparing and serving consistently excellent cocktails, drinks and wines

● Delivering warm, engaging and knowledgeable guest service

● Running the bar confidently during busy services

● Maintaining a clean, organised and efficient bar space

● Assisting with opening and closing duties

● Managing stock, prep and bar organisation

● Working closely with both the floor team and kitchen to deliver a seamless guest experience

● Contributing creatively to the development of the drinks offering over time
