Dalla is a small, buzzy Italian restaurant built around the things we care about most: seasonal cooking, proper hospitality, and a room that feels alive. We’re looking for someone experienced who thrives in a fast-paced environment and genuinely loves looking after people.

This role is for a warm, confident presence on the floor — someone who can run a section smoothly, keep standards high, and help set the tone for the team and the room. You’ll work closely with two of the owners, who lead the kitchen day to day, and play a key part in bringing Dalla’s style of service to life.

We’re open 5 days a week, with plans to add an additional service in the spring.
