Job Description

We're a brand new neighbourhood café, bakery and canteen opening in Hoxton, and we're looking for an enthusiastic baker ready to roll their sleeves up and be part of something from day one.

The role 

You'll be working as part of a small, close-knit production team, contributing to daily baking across viennoiserie, bread, and pastries. This is a great role for someone with solid foundations who wants to keep growing in a supportive environment with real mentorship on hand.

Responsibilities include:

  • Daily production of viennoiserie, bread, and pastries
  • Supporting lamination and bread programmes under the head and sous baker
  • Maintaining cleanliness, organisation, and food safety standards
  • Accurate mise en place and prep
  • Helping with stock rotation and kitchen organisation

Job Requirements

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 1 year's experience in a professional bakery
  • Lamination and bread skills an advantage
  • Eagerness to learn and develop
  • A positive, collaborative attitude
  • Pride in your work and respect for ingredients
