We are looking for experienced bakers to join our new team in April. You will be working closely alongside Haydon, our Chief Toast maker. We’re a small team of two and looking for someone excited to come on the journey with us - bringing fresh ideas, energy, and a willingness to build something together. 🚀
Job Requirements
- Looking for someone with foundational knowledge in bread and pastry production - experience working with shokupan dough & / or other types of baked goods
- Familiarity and interest with asian baked goods
- Proactive, team player, willingness to learn!
- 6/7am starts, daytime hours to have a life!!
- Must have the right to work in the UK
- Full time or part time
