Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Front of House member to join the team at 51 Exmouth Market. The role involves running a section of the restaurant by looking after guests, assisting them with food and wine selections, preparing drinks, keeping the restaurant clean and tidy and supporting other team members when needed. We are a tight team who share many of the responsibilities, take ownership of our positions here and support each others growth and development. The position will be part-time (3 shifts a week) but has the potential to increase to full-time as the weather improves and we begin to have more use of the terrace outside. Tronc is applied to the hourly rate advertised, and varies between £4-7 per hour.

Job Requirements

The ideal candidate has worked in similar busy restaurants, has a knowledge of wines (although further training will be provided) and has a passion for personable hospitality with a generous spirit.
