Club Manager

Job Description

• Senior operational leader for Tempo Golf Club, Queen's Park NW6
• Full accountability for day-to-day operations across golf, F&B, events, and facilities
• Own the member experience end to end - engagement, retention, and acquisition
• Lead, develop, and manage a team across all departments
• Full P&L responsibility - budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and revenue growth
• Drive membership sales, conversions, and the referral programme
• Implement and own the full member events and competitions calendar
• Work alongside the marketing team on member communications and campaigns
• Manage compliance across health and safety, licensing, and employment.
• Bridge between the Directors, the team, and the membership

Job Requirements

• Proven senior leadership in premium hospitality or lifestyle venues
• Multi-functional people management - teams of 8 or more
• Full P&L and financial management experience
• Experience growing and managing a membership base
• Strong F&B knowledge across coffee, bar, and service
• Health and safety, licensing, and compliance experience
• Hands-on, calm under pressure, and leads by example
• Warm, decisive, and genuinely passionate about people and community
