About Tempo Golf

We founded Tempo with a simple idea: golf should feel less exclusive, a lot more fun and just around the corner. We set out to build a space that keeps the spirit of the game but loses the snobbery - somewhere that feels local, social, and just a little bit cooler. Less hushed clubhouse, more great coffee, good people, and a great service.

We chose Lonsdale Road as our home because it reflects everything we believe golf should be: welcoming, vibrant, and rooted in community. 

Workplace Culture

We take the coffee seriously, the golf seriously, and the guest experience seriously, but we don't take ourselves too seriously. The team is friendly, the atmosphere is social, and the door is always open. No egos, no politics, just good people doing good work in a place they actually enjoy coming to.
