Job Description
We are on the lookout for a passionate and experienced Sous Chef to join and lead our tight knit team. We serve a regularly changing menu using incredible seasonal produce to deliver dishes which are rustic at heart, but delivered to an exceptional standard.
We have a wonderful canalside location at the bottom of Hackney's vibrant Broadway Market. Our services are nice and buzzy and we have a wonderful culture amongst the entire team.
Job Requirements
We are looking for someone exceptional, who shares our love and passion for brilliant, seasonal produce and warm, generous hospitality. We need a great personality with great leadership skills who can work alongside our head chef, Fabien Spagnolo, to continue to nurture our team and deliver brilliant dining experiences to our guests.
This could either be someone who already has experience at Sous level, or somoene who has senior CDP experience and is ready to step up for the next challenge.
