Job Description
SOVA is a new wine and vinyl bar opening in April in Notting Hill, just moments from Portobello Road.
We specialise in Central and Eastern European wines, with a focus on low-intervention and skin-contact bottles from places like Georgia, Armenia and Ukraine. Alongside a Slavic-inspired sharing menu, the bar will host guest DJs playing vinyl throughout the week.
We’re looking for a friendly, wine-curious waiter/waitress who enjoys great hospitality and loves introducing guests to exciting wines.
Opening April 2026 – join us at the start of something exciting.
Job Requirements
What we’re looking for
- Experience in a restaurant or wine bar
- Interest in wine (especially natural / low-intervention wines)
- Confident, warm, and great with guests
- Team player who enjoys a lively service
