Job Requirements
● Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi CDP/Commis ready to step up.
● Ability to work quickly and calmly in a fast-paced kitchen.
● Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and hygiene.
● Good teamwork and communication skills.
● Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and busy services.
● A keen interest in learning about low intervention wine and Middle Eastern Flavours
