Our goal is to blur the line between home and hospitality, creating an integrated experience that engages our guests and immerses them in the RH lifestyle.
RH is seeking dedicated Back of House team members for the following roles:
- Chef de Partie
- Commis Chef
- Kitchen Porter
The ideal candidates will contribute to the culinary excellence for which RH Hospitality is known. You will be passionate about quality, consistency and continuous professional growth. In these roles you will play a pivotal role in executing elevated guest experiences in collaboration with the broader culinary team.
You will achieve this by:
- Delivering exceptional culinary results by preparing dishes with precision and maintaining deep knowledge of RH’s menu, ingredients and standards of execution
- Upholding RH’s recipe standards through meticulous attention to cleanliness, preparation and presentation across all assigned stations
- Fostering strong communication and alignment with fellow Team Members and Leaders to surpass RH’s service expectations
- Collaborating with location leadership during daily line checks to ensure consistent execution and readiness for service
- Assisting with inventory processes to help maintain accuracy, reduce waste and support both service and financial goals
Job Requirements
- Experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant environment
- Proficiency in English is required
- Advanced knowledge of food safety regulations
- Candidates must have legal authorisation to work in the UK
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and variable shifts as needed
- Must be available to attend training full time between 8th - 26th June
