We are seeking a passionate and experienced Assistant General Manager with strong wine knowledge to join our team. You will play a key role in delivering outstanding guest experiences, supporting daily operations, and driving revenue through effective wine service and team development.

What you’ll be responsible for;

Core responsibilities

Support the General Manager in overseeing daily operations
Deliver exceptional guest service and implement and maintain high service standards
Lead, train, and motivate the front-of-house team
Provide confident wine recommendations and enhance guest experience
Oversee stock control, inventory, and cost management
Ensure compliance with health & safety and licensing regulations
