Events sous chef

Job Description

• Experienced sous chef with proven ability to run a prep kitchen and large scale events

Job Requirements

• Preferable previous Sous, or Junior sous chef experience essential
• At least 2 years working at an established event catering company, or two rosette level or equivalent
• A passion for great food and creativity
• Proven ability to lead and assist leading a team
• Work with the executive and head chefs and events team to prepare and execute events
• A keen eye for detail
• A can do attitude and strong personal and communication skills
