Job Description
- Experienced sous chef with proven ability to run a prep kitchen and large scale events

Job Requirements
- Preferable previous Sous, or Junior sous chef experience essential
- At least 2 years working at an established event catering company, or two rosette level or equivalent
- A passion for great food and creativity
- Proven ability to lead and assist leading a team
- Work with the executive and head chefs and events team to prepare and execute events
- A keen eye for detail
- A can do attitude and strong personal and communication skills
